The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Energy CCTV Security Camera Soltuion, No. 530A, Negombo Road, Mahabage, Ragama.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Energy CCTV, accessible from wificamera.lk
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your Order within seven (7) days of receiving the Goods, without providing any reason for such cancellation.
The cancellation period will expire seven (7) days from the date on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the delivered Goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear and unambiguous statement. You may inform us by:

Upon receipt of the returned Goods, we will process your reimbursement within fourteen (14) days.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment originally used for the Order.
For Direct Bank Transfer payments, refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for the original transaction.
You will not incur any additional fees in relation to the reimbursement.
Payment Cancellation & Refund Policy
For orders paid using Credit/Debit Card or KOKO Installment Payment, please note:
• Once a payment is successfully processed, we are unable to issue a direct cash refund to the original payment method.
• Approved cancellations or returns will be converted into Store Credit.
• The credited amount can be used for future purchases on our website.
• Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the case of KOKO installment payments, refund processing is subject to KOKO’s payment policy and banking regulations. Therefore, we are unable to reverse installment transactions once confirmed.
By placing an order using Card or KOKO payment, you agree to this cancellation and refund condition.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. The Goods must be returned to the following address:

We cannot be held liable for Goods that are damaged, lost, or delayed during return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service when returning items.
Refunds or store credits will only be processed upon:

Actual receipt of the returned Goods in acceptable condition; or

Valid proof of confirmed return delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or store credit if the returned Goods do not meet our return eligibility requirements.
Special Condition – Card & KOKO Payments
For Orders paid using Credit/Debit Card or KOKO Installment Facility:

Direct monetary refunds to the original payment method are not supported once payment has been successfully processed.

Approved returns or cancellations will be issued strictly as Store Credit.

Store Credit may be used for future purchases on our website.

Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
KOKO installment transactions are subject to KOKO’s financial and banking policies and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
By completing a purchase using Card or KOKO payment methods, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a Gift Credit equal to the value of the returned item, once the returned product has been received and approved.
The Gift Credit may be used for future purchases on our website and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
If the Goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to present to you later, any approved return will be processed in accordance with the original payment method and our refund policy.
Special Notice – Card & KOKO Payments
For Orders paid using Credit/Debit Card or KOKO Installment Facility:
- Direct monetary refunds to the original payment method are not available.
- Approved returns, including gift returns, will be issued strictly as Store Credit or Gift Credit.
- Store Credit / Gift Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- KOKO installment payments cannot be reversed once confirmed and are subject to KOKO’s financial policies.
